Users must adhere to the rules outlined in our Terms & Conditions and such rules take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Site Rules. Capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in our Terms & Conditions.

A User may only have one User account with Full Tilt Poker and shall only use the Service using such single account.

toto hk conduct is expected of all Users.

Harassment of any User is forbidden.

“Begging” for money (real or play) at tables is forbidden.

Users may not discuss a hand until the action is complete. Discussing cards discarded or hand possibilities are not allowed.

Soft playing is not allowed.

Chip-dumping is not allowed. Chip-dumping occurs when any User intentionally loses a hand in order to deliberately transfer his chips to another User.

Collusion between Users by sharing hole cards or by any other methods is strictly forbidden.

Full Tilt Poker prohibits those External Player Assistance Programs (“EPA Programs”) which are designed to provide an “Unfair Advantage” to players. Full Tilt Poker defines “External” to mean computer software (other than the Software), and non-software-based databases or profiles (e.g. web sites and subscription services). Full Tilt Poker defines an “Unfair Advantage” as any instance in which a User accesses or compiles information on other players beyond that which the User has personally observed through the User’s own game play. We encourage you to read the Prohibited Programs page of the Site.

The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, “robots” is strictly forbidden in connection with the Service. All actions taken in relation to the Service by a User must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of the Software.

All conversation at an active ring game or tournament table must be conducted in English except in country specific tournaments, where Users may chat in English or the primary language of that country (e.g. in tournaments limited to Users in Germany, Users may chat in German or English). Only chat in English and the primary language of that country are permitted in such tournaments. In all other cases, chat is limited specifically to English.

In games with blinds, the big blind will always advance clockwise to the next User at the table. The small blind will be given to the seat of the User who paid the previous big blind. If the User in the big blind leaves the table, there may be no small blind on the next hand. The button will normally progress to the seat that was the previous small blind.

If there is a split pot, not equally divisible by the number of players left in the hand, the ‘extra’ chips will be awarded one at a time to the remaining players, starting with the player closest to the left of the button. However, in Hi/Lo game types, when the pot is split between the Hi and Lo hands, the Hi winner gets the difference. If the Hi (or Lo) half of the pot is further split between players with equal hands, any ‘extra’ chips will be awarded one at a time to the remaining players, as above.

In fixed limit games, bets are limited to 4 during each betting round – the initial bet plus 3 raises.

Users who do not act on their hand in time will time out, their hand will be check-folded, and their status will be changed to “Sitting out”.

Full Tilt Poker may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA Programs. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of software programs running concurrently with the Full Tilt Poker Software on the User’s computer. You agree that you will not attempt to bypass, interfere with, or block such steps, including, without limitation, the use of third party software that bypasses, interferes with, or blocks such steps.

Full Tilt Poker reserves the right, in addition to other measures, to restrict seating and/or to prohibit Users from playing at a particular poker table or in a tournament, including restricting two or more Users from playing together at the same table or in the same tournament.

Full Tilt Poker shall monitor the conduct of Users and reserves the right to evaluate whether or not a User is circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, both the letter and spirit of the rules with respect to fair play on the Site, and to take such measures that are reasonable and necessary to ensure fair play.

In the event that Full Tilt Poker deems that a User has engaged or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using the Service, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth herein or in clause 5 of the Terms & Conditions or any other game manipulation, or the making of any fraudulent payment, including without limitation, use of a stolen credit card or fraudulent chargeback or money laundering, Full Tilt Poker shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including, but not limited to immediately blocking a User’s access to the Service, or to part of the Service (for example, suspension of a User’s chat privileges), terminating a User’s account with Full Tilt Poker, permanently banning a User from the Service, seizing the funds within a User’s account without refund, disclosing such information (including the identity of the User) to financial institutions, relevant authorities and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information and/or taking legal action against a User.

Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to update or modify these Site Rules or any part thereof at any time without notice and you will be bound by such amended Site Rules within 14 days of them being posted at the Site.
